  Had van for service and minor works, fit rope rail off side, fit 2x 12v plugs, fit Anderson plug to Van, fit grey water tank. CHARGED $380 for service but then charged me in hourly rate as well. Total cost $2288.00 Stone guard on front window fell off 2km from his yard, plumbing was worst ever seen & fell off, water tank plumbed upside down, bearing in one wheel dented. Rear brake drums fitted upside down by manufacturer. Extra 10 mins per wheel during Service would have rectified. He took out a straight axle and turn it over saying it was upside down, charged extra 3hrs @ $88 ph for job not needed. Tel and agreed to fix and replace all plumbing but I did it myself. He agreed to turn water tank over, check all bearings, replace stone guard plus addition piece rope rail at his cost and refund 3 hrs as long as I left van with him.

  Again collected van and he had again gone back on his word, refused refund of 3 hrs as agreed and paid only 2 hrs. Then found stone guard was replaced but had additional damage to same, hand brake had be over tightened, all wheel hubs got very hot and van was taken direct to Hislops caravan repairs Traralgon for repair and rechecking. Had excuses for everything even to extent of grey water Tank being upside down and unable to flush and clean properly he stated that I drive it up on boards to place van on a lean. Please do not get caught, comes across as humorous guy but beware.

  I have had my caravan serviced at Gippsland caravan centre and found the service and workmanship top rate. I will use them again ... without hesitation
